Residents create a pass in the app and share it as a link, usually on WhatsApp. The guest opens it and shows the code at the gate. The pass names the resident who invited them, never the guest, shows the unit and when it's valid until, and lists the areas it opens.

Yes. simsim is designed to support users who belong to multiple residential communities, clubs, workplaces, or future connected spaces through one identity.

No. A guest pass is a link the resident sends on WhatsApp, and the guest shows it at the gate. If the guest already uses simsim, the pass also appears on their own simsim ID.
