Residents use their Simsim identity to access their communities. Access can be validated through QR scanning, integrated gate systems, or supported automated access methods depending on the deployment setup.

Yes. Simsim Residential is designed to reduce or fully replace traditional access methods such as RFID stickers, access cards, and manual guest approvals through digital identity and modern access validation.

Residents can generate temporary guest passes directly through Simsim and instantly share them through WhatsApp or other channels. Security teams can validate guest access in seconds.

No. Guests can receive and use access passes without creating a full Simsim account.
