simsim ID is the foundation everything else builds on. Each user has a single account and a secure QR code that represents them across the whole platform.
How it works
A user signs up once, is linked to their unit, and (where required) verifies their identity. From then on, the same identity drives gate access, guest pass issuance, service requests, and billing, across all their communities, no separate credentials per system.
Because identity is verified once and trusted everywhere, communities stop maintaining parallel lists and operators stop guessing who is who.
