Delete your simsim account

In the app

Open simsim → More → Profile → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email hello@simsim.id with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you signed in with. We will confirm it's you through that number, then delete the account.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, title, photo, date of birth and gender
• Your mobile number is released, so it can be used to sign up again later
• Your ID photos and the details read from them
• Your saved guests, saved posts and deals
• The secrets on your phone that generate your ID code, and your notification tokens
• Your sign-in, on every device

What your community keeps

Your community's own records stay with them, no longer linked to your account: your membership (which becomes an invitation you could accept again), past guest passes, gate access logs, bills and payments, messages you sent to management, and agreements you signed. Some of these are needed for the community's security and accounting.
